The Multiplayer Group - Concept Art Brief

Introduction: Create a stylised 3D environment from concept art  Greetings, I am Jameson a 3D artist and I was asked by Multiplayer Player Group to make this environment within 3.5k polys. Here is my process of translating concept art into a 3D game asset and the full process of hand painting textures to achieve a stylised finished result. Additionally, the software I used throughout this process will be Blender for the entire modelling process and then Autodesk Maya for UV unwrapping and to finish of Maxon Zbrush for my High Poly Sculpt to use for baking within Adobe Substance Painter. Concept Art: Blocking Out:  To Begin you must start looking for shapes ranging from small to large and try to figure out what will the player see more in detail and what will they not see as much as this will dictate where the distribution of polys must be executed. Introduction: who am I?

 Greetings, my name is Jameson I have been studying Games Art now for 6 years starting off at Coventry College in 2020 originally to try improve at drawing fan art and to begin following a childhood dream of creating worlds for Video Games. However, very quickly I found love for both worlds of 2D & 3D and decided I want to take my education further and after graduating went to Staffordshire University in Stoke-On-Trent in 2023 and then after deciding I needed a change of location for my mental health I decided for the rest of my university life I will transfer to Confetti University in Nottingham which I am currently still residing for my third year. Furthermore, a little more about me as a artist I am a currently a generalist finding inspiration from games such as Little Nightmares and Skylanders I really love story based games that really rely on Visuals to tell a story like an abandoned temple or a old house that nature has reclaimed with signs of damage.
