Introduction: who am I?

 Greetings, my name is Jameson I have been studying Games Art now for 6 years starting off at Coventry College in 2020 originally to try improve at drawing fan art and to begin following a childhood dream of creating worlds for Video Games. However, very quickly I found love for both worlds of 2D & 3D and decided I want to take my education further and after graduating went to Staffordshire University in Stoke-On-Trent in 2023 and then after deciding I needed a change of location for my mental health I decided for the rest of my university life I will transfer to Confetti University in Nottingham which I am currently still residing for my third year. Furthermore, a little more about me as a artist I am a currently a generalist finding inspiration from games such as Little Nightmares and Skylanders I really love story based games that really rely on Visuals to tell a story like an abandoned temple or a old house that nature has reclaimed with signs of damage.

Multiplayer Player Group - Creating UI for a racing game

Jameson Tyler - Creating UI for a car Game Introduction: Briefing I was asked by the multiplayer Player Group to create iterations of a UI design following a mood board for a car racing game. I decided to base the overall theme on Ancient Greece and its mythology because I realised that most racing games especially rally-based ones choose real life locations which means they are always the same. So Ancient Greece would spice up the genre I believe leaning into the mythology aspect for inspiration. Additionally, The references used for these concepts were from the client's mood board and Rocket League using the UI game database which is an online archive of UI used within multiple games ranging from indie to AAA games.
